Our Medical transcribers are skilled professionals in both medical and legal terminology and are experts in the structure of medical transcriptions and Medico-Legal reports.
Working closely with both the medical experts and the patient, the report writer meticulously transcribes the dictations and compiles a comprehensive legal report detailing all the experts’ opinions.
Medico-Legal reports are generally used in cases where a patient sustained an injury in a road accident and is claiming benefits. The report is used in court to determine the outcome of the claim. Medical transcription services include:

Transcription Quality Control
Quality control is performed on audio or video that has already been transcribed. Our Quality Control team performs three steps on the completed transcripts:
1. Comparing the transcript to the audio/video and correcting any errors.
2. Performing thorough visual as well as computer-aided spelling checks.
3. Verification of speaker identification.
In case of time stamped transcripts, our experts compare and correct audio/video timing.
Meeting minutes
